During his time as VP, America Sales, Vivek demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills. His continuous commitment to strive for better customer satisfaction served as motivation to his entire team. The result was year-over-year growth in sales in the Americas region.
Vivek has also served as Managing Director of Maximizer’s overseas subsidiary company and then President of Maximizer. In both these roles he demonstrated great leadership skills by making difficult decisions in challenging times and situations. All the while, he has done so by considering the impact on all his stakeholders. The result has been earning the respect from his customers, staff and peers.
